St. Charles Borromeo Women's Guild is a service ministry for Catholic women who are 18 and older who are members of St. Charles Borromeo Parish. The purpose of the Guild is to provide support to the parish community as needed. The Guild raises funds through bake sales, craft sales and other fund raisers.
Our works have included: purchasing the St. Ann's stained glass window in the church, microwaves for Reid Hall, assisting with funds to paint the church, purchasing furniture for the newly renovated rectory, purchasing round tables and their storage racks for Reid Hall, assisting with the purchase of the new altar, helping to fund a local seminarian, flowers for the Christmas and Easter Masses, funding for the Confirmation and Communion reception and much more. This year our fundraising goal is to raise enough money to purchase 200 chairs to go with the new tables.
If you are interested in working with a great group of women to provide support and fellowship to your parish community, please contact the office or come to one of our meetings the first Monday of the month at 9:30 in Reid Hall. You can also talk to us at our bake sales! If you can't come to our meetings, you can still help us out by being an associate member and helping us with our bake sales and/or other fundraisers.
Please join us; we would love to have you as part of Women's Guild!
